The lady was tired but welcoming even if i got there a little late, room was like my grandma's house very traditional, nice

If 3-4 people take shower there is no water for the 5-th person, small well perhaps, you have to wait 15-20 min so the well can refill again

Just as the other reviews have already stated: it's a fantastic place, very nicely located (close to Sighetu Marmatiei, yet already in the beginning of a small valley), quite comfortably furnished, and with a very kind owner. A great plus: there are extremely good mosquito screens in the windows so one does not have to worry while keeping the windows open overnight. The owner can prepare a very good breakfast (local cheese, cold cuts, bread, jam, etc.; coffee and mineral water) for a small fee. Highly recommended!
