Розташування-самий центр, хоч і кажуть що у Вінниці скрізь центр). До водонапірної вежі-5 хвилин пішки. Є можливість безкоштовно припаркувати авто біля приміщення. Власник завжди на зв’язку, зустріне і все детально покаже. Апартаменти охайні, в наявності все необхідне для комфортного проживання: індивідуальне опалення, одноразові капці, smart (кому це важливо). Розташовані апартаменти на першому поверсі, вигляд з вінка у внутрішній двір.

У квартирі є просто все що треба для побуту. Зручше розташування, тихий двір. Господар привітний, зрозуміло ознайомив з всіма ньюансами помешкання. В таку квартиру хочеться повертатися, затишно і чисто.
