Розташування супер) власник дуже приємна людина, все допоміг і показав.

Було не дуже чисто, спекотно 9 поверх, але був вентилятор який трохи покращував перебування)

"Непоганий варіант, коли треба швидко знайти нічліг"

Досить простора квартира, непогане розташування.

Трохи душно, квартира в старому будинку, немає рекуператора чи кондиціонера. І трохи дивно чому оголошення російською (власники українською розмовляли).
