That was a nice place to stay after a long drive and very interesting one - its not always you get to sleep in the real castle surrounded by water. Especially kids like it. We got two rooms apartment. Everything was great - clean, with a possibility to make tea in the room, water bottles are complimentary. We arrived after 8 pm, the restaurant was not working but staff was very helpful with the information we needed (there is a small supermarket Dino not far from the place). Staff spoke Polish and Russian (no English). Breakfast was also fine. Overall, it was real value for money and nice experience.

It was cold. I understand that we have an atmosphere of XIV century, but in XXI century I think you should heat rooms

Perfect place to escape to rest and relax in historical setting. We cannot say enough great things about this place; from the warm reception you get from Lukrecja, the castle kitty, to the host Andrzej, or the sweet kitchen staff that go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This castle is beautifully maintained and the rooms are so comfortable you will feel like the Lord/Lady of the manor and the grounds on which it sits are so peaceful and beautiful you will want to enjoy the outdoors for hours.

Depending on the season and day of the week their restaurant may not be open but there are plenty of dining options in the area or you can stock up on supplies before you arrive like we did if you don't want to leave the grounds.

Nice surroundings, perfect parking, nice old castle.

Cold rooms, heating system was not working, not too much clean carpet in the room, dirty windows. Not well isolated door in the shower corner, too much water on the floor after having shower.
