HOTEL STATE RESIDENCY

Pretty clean hotel. Shower room and bathroom are really shiny. Amenity is simple but things you need are all set. The hotel is in quite area so you will get really comfortable sleep. Hotel stuffs are highly friendly and helpful. They have own driver and he is extremely positive and great person. (with English skills.) Definitely recommend to stay.

Not much really.

The place is well managed and is great value for money. The staff was very responsive as well. The location is pretty decent. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were pretty spacious and hot water was available.

I feel that the fixtures (specially in the bathrooms) can be simplified. It seems when they were installed they were very designer but they have become old now and should be replaced by simple items now.

Cleanliness

No Tissue paper box or tissue roll is provided. No Complimentary water. They charged me 90 PKR for water bottle even i did not take breakfast. There bed was not double but 3 single bed. The main point is warm water for shower, i even messages them before check in that warm water should be available all the day, i checkout at 6 30 AM because i have to catch my flight and i suffered due to cold water for shower. They are over priced as compared to similar hotel. Before i stay in victoria in guest house in 3k PKR + Taxes and they offered complimentary tea + 2 water bottles + warm water all the day.
