I didn't get the room that was reserved n pay the same amount for another room. The problem was coming from a long journey and looking for a bed to sleep.

SAThe decoration is outstanding, most of the room furniture are brand new except the AC and carpet.
1. Unfortunately, the room smell was very bad with smoking. The receptionist offered me more than one room and they were the same. The receptionist told me that they could not control the visitors. The owner must shall apply strong smoking rules e.g. keep specific rooms/units/floor for smoking and other for none smoking. 2. The bed mattresses are not comfortable. Same thing in other room’ mattresses as all rooms has the same type of mattresses. 3. (not major issue) the AC are all split system not AC system unit which make visitor uncomfortable. I had reserved three nights at this hotel, however, to be honest, I could not afford to stay more than three hours! I requested the receptionist to pay me back my three nights money and he refused to compensate me the full three nights, he returned only for two night money.
