Diamond residence in old town with free parking

Pozitionarea excelenta. Aproape de centru la 5 min de mers pe jos pana in centru vechi.

Patul tare si scartaia la cea mai mica miscare.. neconfortabil. Curatenia lasa de dorit, iar de gazda extrem de greu dai.. raspunde doar dupa 2-3 ore.

Easy location from the town centre and train station. Spacious.

Host was not responsive until I went through Booking.com customer service to reach the host the day before my stay as there was no confirmation or any messages from the host. During my shower, the words CEX appeared on the mirror in the bathroom. There were no writing on the mirror earlier (screenshot of video I took below), it was only when I was having shower that it appeared. It was very terrifying and I was also staying alone. The bed sheet was either not washed from the previous guest or was still damp when it was placed on the bed, it had a horrible smell, I would've asked the host to change it if I was staying for another night. I had to shower again the next day as my hair smelt very bad. I slept in the bed thinking it was only the room that smelt but I was very wrong. There were neighbours emptying glass/ recycling bins very early in the morning, which I can understand as it was a residential area but its one thing to keep in mind. As a woman travelling alone, not having confirmation of my stay or any contact from the host until the day before was unsettling because I would not have had a place to stay. Words appearing on the mirror when I showered was very creepy and it should not be there. Sheets being clean is the basic expectation when booking a stay. Overall I was very disappointed, I was not expecting 5 star hotel service but this stay was truly unacceptable. I'm glad I was only there for one night.

Super nice and easy to communicate with host. Really good location, quick walk to city centre. Really clean!

No shower curtain - whole bathroom is wet:( Also the bed is really squicky (but it was comfortable)

The location is good, 15 mins walk to old town.

The location was good, place was decent. However 1. There was no coffee or tea, meaning an immediate trip to coffee shop after check-in 2. Sofa and bedsheet showed heavy sign of use 3. There was no paper roll in the kitchen: we were traveling with toddler so had to go paper roll shopping immediately 4. Refrigerator was switched off, we realized it after the baby food got wasted. No communication was made regarding it. 5. Only a few utensils (highly used and dirty) were there in kitchen Little things, made huge difference. We felt unwelcome. Otherwise place itself has great potential if the services are welcoming.
