Location was great

They could of mentioned it had construction going at site the pool was dirty

That the apartment facilitated everything and the pool was right outside. The strip for food and nightlife was a short walk away which was good for me and partner.

Great value, easy check in process, cooked breakfast delivered was a welcome bonus (FYI arrives before 8am). Nice pool.

Die Lage war super. Die Ausstattung auch. Das Pool wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sensationell.

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme mit dem WLAN, aber der Gastgeber hat diese erfolgreich behoben. Es gab außerdem ein Missverständnis bezüglich der Anzahl der Frühstücke. Ich hatte für zwei Personen gebucht, und da die zweite Person erst später ankam, wurde an einem Morgen das Frühstück reduziert – mit der Begründung, es sei „complimentary“, obwohl es laut Beschreibung inklusive ist. Der Wug zu meinem Zimmer war nicht betoniert was schwer mit Koffern zugänglich war.

Parking and cleanliness of pool

- It was relaxing to have a pool on the compound, the main reason for choosing this accommodation. There was also an inflatable mattress available for guests, and a nice little patio to relax and shelter from the rain. Just be careful: the pool is deep, so you must watch your children at all times! But this was known to us before we booked, so it’s all good. - The breakfast included in the booking was plentiful, tasty, and well put together. I really must highlight this, as we never had such a good breakfast in Tobago. It was lovely to start the day with such an amazing breakfast! - I’m grateful that we were able to occupy the room with our two children at no extra cost. (We brought a small inflatable mattress for them.) - The manager of the place kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were having a great time and to check if we needed anything. When we asked for an additional towel, it was brought to us quickly. I was very pleased with that. - The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well, the internet was fast and reliable, and the kitchen amenities were sufficient.

- The name of the place is "Restorations Tobago", not "Beach Studio in Crown Point". I think the title needs updating. :-) - On the evening of our arrival we were informed that there were ongoing repairs on the property that were supposed to be finished the next day. It was inconvenient to have a scaffolding framework in front of our door, and it made the outside area look like a construction site. We would have appreciated a little heads-up before our arrival and should have been given the option to rebook or cancel the booking. However, as a small compensation for the inconvenience, we received one additional breakfast for the children to share. That was appreciated. - Unfortunately, the workers did not remove the scaffolding the next day. And on the second day, they painted our room door from the outside while we were inside the room. The oil paint remained wet in certain areas, and when our children and we adults exited the door, we accidentally touched the wet paint with our arms, clothes, and towels… multiple times. Even the next day some parts were still wet. We really tried not to touch it, but it was difficult, and we ended up staining our towels and clothes. The paint does not come off at all. This was really disappointing! The painting of the door could have been done differently, or for example after our check-out the next day. - Additionally, there were other construction works going on at the neighboring property, causing a lot of noise during the day. Apparently, this was not known to the manager. - I understand that repairs are sometimes inevitable, but the inconvenience caused by all this was a bit greater than expected. We only stayed for 3 days, hoping for a relaxing (and quiet) experience. These expectations were not met, and I would have appreciated detailed information, including compensation suggestions, prior to our arrival. Nevertheless, I would book the place again in the future.

De kamer was heel schoon en ruim. Zwembadje is prima voor een paar baantjes. Het ontbijt was goed. Locatie top

De ontvangst, We kwamen aan in de regen en waren te vroeg. We werden gewoon weg gestuurd en kregen om 15.00 pas een code. Geen schuilplekje voor bagage etc. De douche is ook heel klein

Place was very nice and staff was very helpful

The neighbor was doing construction work late in the night, so that was not cool. The parking was not great. NOTE: Consider installation of an EV charger for guest.

The swimming pool was fab and so clean Location was also good and generally very quiet apart from the cockerel! We like that general staff were around some part of the day for any queries Things were dealt with promptly amazing breakfasts …too much ☺️

The bathroom was down stairs and it would have been nice to have some drawers in bedroom but staff did supply many coat hangers
