Nice owner, good price. Clean.

Strangely, when returning to the property in the afternoon, I found the doors and windows of all the bedrooms opened. The owner mentioned that it was to ventilate the hotel. I trust the good intentions of the owner, but this action was not professional and made me feel that my stuff was not safe in my room.
