We had a great time there. Noon was super helpful with everything. I love the smell of soap on linens. The breakfast had good variety of food, nice coffee and tea which you wouldn’t expect for free. We travelled with 2 kids and it was perfectly fine. Thanks heaps Noon and staff

Noon what’s the best host that we could’ve asked for! She was kind, friendly, accommodating, simply put, just a sweet lady! Every time we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and genuinely wanted to know how our day was going. The bedroom was very big and spacious. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The bedding was very nice. The laundry service she provided was fantastic. She gave us wonderful advice and our children simply loved her! We would definitely return, zero questions asked.

Great place to stay for my stay in Chiang Mai with a very friendly host. The rooms were very comfortable/had enough space, the bathrooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The location is a great base to walk to all of the main attractions and feels totally safe.

Great Location! Cheap, nice and clean room with a great toilet with shower! The bed was really confortable and very peaceful (room #3)! The owner was very nice! She provides a light breakfast (for free) with fruits, coffee, milo, sliced bread, jelly. She is very kind and helpful!

You can hear other visitors walking up and down the stairs from your room which is not ideal especially if it happens early in the morning. Other than that the room and the staff are great.

Great location. Very friendly staff. A great breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms clean and never waited to use them - 2 available to a few rooms.

Very hot in communal areas. Towels didn’t dry you.
