Beautiful frontyard, nice and clean rooms, not too far from the beach, really nice owners

The closeby train might not be for everyone but we did not mind it

The yard was nice and cozy when someone was not playing random music outside.

You need to pay separately for the AC, even if the price is higher than other accommodations in the area with better conditions. The bathroom mat was not cleaned in a long time, and the only socket available was near the door, the other 2 sockets were occupied by the fridge and the TV. You can see some lamps near the bed with no socket to plug them into. The water pressure was also an issue. We had mosquitos in the room and spiders when we entered. The towels were clean but very used. We could compare it with another stay(which was cheaper and better) from the previous day and this one did not worth the money.

Compared to the price paid, it was an extraordinary accommodation. The interior courtyard is very nicely arranged with the possibility of drinking morning coffee in a wonderful environment, meals can be taken in the kitchen or in the courtyard, also sunbeds for the beach. Very clean and large separate kitchen.
