The staff behavior was okay

Do not book the ground floor room. It is adjacent to common toilet, which is used by the hotel staffs. That is being used by the staffs in the late night also(0100 AM). Further, the room is very near to road upto night 1200 hrs there will be traffic and outside sound also.

The best thing about this place is the host. Thank you Mr Paul for treating guests like family. The stay is also comfortable and just 5 mins walking from the main Mall Road. An experience to remember

Nice room with electric blanket, Patio Restaurant Environment and Service was excellent. Food was just yummy😋.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me because of the soft mattress. Rest is ok.

Great location, 5 mins walk from the Chowrasta. Nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed 6 nights. Would hope to stay here again if I visit Darjeeling again.

The Patio breakfast was amazing and the complimentary electric mattress kept me warm and cozy. The Patio Restaurant is the perfect place to lounge and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a cocktail in the evening.
