Lovely 4 bed townhouse with common swimming pool

Lots of bedrooms if you have a large family.

Lady that met us spoke no English. Apartment was covered in dust and oven was filthy. BBQ was covered in dirty caked on food so was unusable. No sun loungers by the pool. I appreciate that it's a tropical climate but the apartment had just been cleaned apparently and we we checked in I had to kill an army of ants and 2 cockroaches. It's a residential apartment complex so we felt uneasy being there. We left after one night as we felt dirty just being in the apartment. Only saving grace was that the owner refunded all our money without hesitation when we sent him the pictures of what we had found.

On nous a pas signalé un deuxième entrée. Il n'y a pas de poubelle dans les chambres et les toilettes.

The pool

Our 7-person family had a very comfortable stay in this apartment. Each of us had a private bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom, which was a great advantage. There was also a shared kitchen with a living area, where air conditioning was available as well. A big plus was the washing machine, which was very useful. The apartment had hot water, and the owner was kind and helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and there was a parking space available. I highly recommend it!

Location was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beaches of Grand Baie. Designated car parking space was appreciated and the apartment was extremally spacious with all the facilities we needed. Quiet and peaceful.

Nothing of note.
