La comida estaba muy bien.

Publicitan algo que no existe como la alberca. No salía agua en la regadera y me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación después de un buen rato de comentarles. Los pasillos muy oscuros.

Nada en particular. Tengo muchos años llegando a este hotel y ahora esta muy descuidado.

El hotel dice tener una piscina y si la tiene, pero sorprendentemente sucia, tanto en superficie como en el fondo, Además de que en la terraza se encontraban muchas cucarachas y algunas lograron meterse a la habitación

La ubicación

Personal grosero, pésima atención al hacer el check up, no había personal de apoyo para las maletas, oscuro el hotel, la verdad decepcionante, el buffet horrible y caro para lo q ofrecieron. Muy mala elección :(

Location and restaurant service. The waiter was kind and efficient. The beds were ok.

The TV didn't work at all. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. The hotel staff did not fix it after asking for it.
