The breakfast was good with good service

Upon arrival we were notified the pool may not be available the following day when we had booked the hotel specifically for this facility. The website had not noted this. No compensation was offered. The lift was also not working. The rooms were not of the standard expected.

Breakfast buffet was very good. ( has to be paid out of the reservation fees)

No Air conditioner working. No telephone device I. The room; so anything we needed; we have to go all the way down to the front desk to ask for it. Tv with bad reception. Pool not clean neither as big as it looks in their pictures website. Nice slide in the pool.
