"Could be made much better"

Location, helpful staff, reserved parking spot, self check in.

There was a smell like in old grandma apartment in the living room (someone has smoked or cooked recently but there is no aspiration for the kitchen corner). The place needs renovation, furniture is old fashioned and not very comfortable. (The sofa in the living room is hard, the bed in the bedroom has some spring mattress which is not comfortable especially on the right side). Definitely need better cleaning of surfaces and handles in the kitchenette.
