Nice location, and good for the budget traveller.

Needs some attention, and particularly the shower which runs cold most of the time, and the incredible heat of the suburb is challenging. Needs at least 1 airconditioner. Also will help of there is someonevon call to assist with issues. Otherwise a good stay for guys as a group or the like.

The property was comfortable and clean. The apartment was spacious with a "nice" view of the bay area.

Unfortunately we had very bad weather when we arrived and the person to meet us was caught in the weather, so was delayed. The neighbour downstairs did let us in eventually. Unfortunately there was no hot water for showing and shaving. With the heavy rain, there was some leaking from the roof. The restaurant next door, although offering nice food, was a little noisy.

Beautiful house, 30 seconds from waterfront (you can see the sea from the balcony). Has everything you could possibly need. Communications with Melody, the person who takes care of the place, was top notch. I was travelling with my parents and she took care of all their needs. Highly recommend!

The property is close to the centre of the town and beautiful views. Very convenient.

Great location, beautiful view from the balcony, very spacious apartment. Host is friendly, helpful and responsive.

No Air conditioning (which the listing states, but I did not notice) and no TV. Hot water needed to be turned on by a switch in the spare room, but we were not told thus.

Good location budget accommodation with helpful, but overseas, owner

No watet pressure despite pump being switched on, no hot water. Internet very intermittent

nice position close to Esplanade beds were comfortable

The pluggins of all electric equipment were European but the infraestruture at the wall were International. And there were not enough adapters to all of them.
