Bill's Apartments

It was a place to sleep.

Wasn’t the cleanest place. No toilet paper, shower supplies, didn’t have enough blankets for the beds, exposed hot water heater, couch beds had so much grime that it was concerning that there would be bed bugs, the gas stove leaked and didn’t light.

We liked it was close to the boardwalk and attractions.

The place was infested with Ants. There were no linens or blankets, no garbage bags , no paper towels, no toilet paper. They rented the upstairs to a bunch of teenagers who partied almost every night until 3am( Not Happy at all about this). I won't stay at this place again and took many pictures of the damage in this place that wasn't pictured.

The property was located in a great area

The door was falling off, we had to get the owner to come fix the door. The window where the porch is on the right side DOES NOT LOCK- so anyone could have gotten in. The bathroom hand towel holder was broken, we had to ask for linens, it had a very bad smell. Whoever was in the house before we got there left the propane on , on the stove so we had to turn the stove off and let the place air out for a while. The mirror in the bedroom I stayed definitely should be changed as well.

The location was perfect, and the walk to the beach was not far. And the neighbors were really nice. The AC unit was a little loud, but it worked really well considering how hot it was outside. The patio was really nice and clean, and you could hear the waves from our patio, which was pretty cool . And the beds were pretty comfortable.

3 things. There was ants all throughout the apartment. We bought ant traps and placed them in each room for the week. The oven did not work at all. There was gas present(you could smell it) but none of the pilots lit. Plus the actual oven never heated up, so we could not cook our dinners as planned. And lastly, the shower had no water pressure what so ever. Took forever to get a shower.

It was close to the beach/boardwalk and perfect for walking and not having to worry about paying for parking.

There were tiny ants that appeared even after being given products to help kill them which did help, but they were still present which gave an uncomfortable feeling. The bunk bed was extremely squeaky and a little loose to say the least as there were 2 on the bottom and 2 on top and the top sleepers couldn’t even get off without it shaking/squeaking. The door looked to be off a hinge and had to be slammed shut.

I liked the porch and the beds.

I didn’t like the dirtiness of the floors, the tv didn’t work, and there are some flies in the house.

The size and location were very nice.

There were so many flies in the facility. We had to go to Walmart to buy fly traps because it was so bad. There was trash still there from the last visitors. The beds were rockhard and uncomfortable.

Great location!! Within walking distance to boardwalk, beach, bay and restaurants. On street parking was plentiful and free.

Location, value for money, lots of bed space
