Location is perfect. Honestly can’t get any better on the island. I’ve been to the island many times and stayed in a lot of places and these properties are in prime location.

"Know what you're getting in to and it'll be perfect"

The location was perfect for the island and it was nice to have a yard and a patio to relax at home. The AC worked very well in the basement unit and we even got a little cold sometimes which is a good thing. Plus there were very nice gas grills available and picnic tables. As long as you aren't expecting luxury accommodations you'll be fine here.

Some of the things like hand soap and paper towels were a bit lacking but we were able to buy some more for the next people staying. One bathroom was a little tight for 10 people and the shower head and ceiling were extremely low. At 5-10 I had to duck to stand in the shower and squat to use the shower head on my hair.
