Room is awesome

No lift

The family room which we 4 people stayed on 31st was excellent with a lot of facilities. I would give 9 out of 10. However, since one person left us next day to join her family, on their request we continued our stay in another smaller 3 persons room on 1st to 3 Feb.10AM after getting no objection from Hotel Queen Emperor . But it was a mistake on our part as the room was not yet ready to let out. It was still under preperation.

The smaller room should necessarily be improved for pleasant stay. Even the staff tendered apology to us.

The staff are very good and helpful.the room is very near to the temple.the restaurant is also very near. very clean environment and lift also have for old people.

Location is very near to the temple which is good to have it.

Room and washroom is not at all clean and the hotel also is not maintained cleanliness.

Property is good

If you have no other choice, it is Ok to stay overnight.

Poorly maintained Leaky and faulty taps NO PARKING Over priced
