Location is great

There was no balcony, no tv.

The only thing that is good at this place is the location.

I am not going to moan that it wasn't cleaned before my arrival but I'm telling you, this place wasn't cleaned for a long time. Ok, I understand the dirty and the damaged walls but please check the photos attached. Bugs and cockroach in the toilet and bedroom; dirt ( but I mean dirt, old dirt ) on the toilet and floor. You cannot just trow a place on booking and use the advantage of central Timișoara as a location and that it, money maker. I haven't seen a place like this anywhere in this world. Obviously the photos are made to trick you that is bigger, nicer and all that but at least clean that place ! Some deep deep cleaning along with fresh paint ( if I'm not asking too much ) check the view of the heating pipes when you wake up in the mornings. I have no more words...

Good location and that’s about it.

It’s not clean, full of bugs and cockroaches, we had to open the radiator in the bedroom because it was closed even though the heating was on.

We appreciate the property's convenient location, as it is in close proximity to every square in the old town. If you prioritize location above all else, this would be an excellent choice.

To begin with, the interior of the building is in poor condition, creating a dim and sometimes unsettling atmosphere, especially if you happen to be alone. The state of the stairs, balcony, and walls leaves much to be desired, and an unappealing large pipe dominates the center of the building's interior. Booking images don't accurately represent the rooms, and with two apartments derived from one, you're left to chance in determining your accommodation. Furthermore, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the apartment proves challenging. The positioning of the air conditioning unit above the door directs hot air onto the kitchen elements, making it impossible to achieve a consistent 22 degrees Celsius throughout. Taking a shower becomes a lesson in embracing the benefits of cold water due to a noisy heat pump or water pump activated by water usage in the bathroom, even by occupants in the neighboring apartment. Attempting to rest or sleep unveils additional challenges, including peculiar sounds related to the door lock seemingly opening and closing intermittently. The unsettling discovery of cockroaches adds another layer of discomfort, with holes in the walls and bathroom acting as entry points. Behind the mirror, traps reveal an infestation, making it impossible to evade these unwelcome guests. On a positive note, they do not pose a biting threat. Be prepared to contend with these issues during your stay.

Good location in the city center. Warm temperature inside

We encountered cockroaches several times in the bathroom and near the entrance. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, especially the shower cabin was dirty. Coffee machine handle was broken and provided coffee didn't taste very good. Poor lightning in the room.
