apart from the location, nothing really

cockroaches 🪳 in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the room, EVERYWHERE killed at least 4, definitely there are more. very, very uncomfortable. couldn't sleep and left in the middle of the night to another place at first it looked ok, the bathroom could be cleaner, but we couldn't stand the cockroaches

everything was very clean and organized, the amenities were plenty more than we expected (extra warm blankets, shower gel etc), the apartment was very warm even though the outside was windy, rainy and cold, we didn't feel it inside at all, and the location is perfect and very near the historical center and the shopping district

we would appreciate having an additional kitchen towel (there was one), and the bed was too soft, so it would have been difficult to sleep there for more than a couple of nights (back problems), but no big deal
