Wow! Its a hotel being a super model for spotless maintenance. The security ,MrJhohson has got a great customer interaction skill ,and behaves better with guest. He got a Clear speech.,A polite manner, A high standard of personal presentation.,Excellent communication skills. Customer service skills, patience and tact.The ability to be calm and well organised, even when working under pressure.Also ,Mr.Chandu has got better communication and affable.I am so thrilled to recommend this hotel. Its so sagacious to choose this hotel if you look for a hotel near Lulu mall and International Airport Trivandrum. Only a filthy a liquour shop annoyed me . however there is nothing perilous situation arised and is safe.But,still I'm ecstatic about the hotel.Its not extortionate.

The location was very convenient. A better landmark for identification is much better, instead of saying " near Lulu Mall".

What was available were all great and value for money. Business Travelers are not expecting 5 star facilities.

Good Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and functional. Executive room is not big, but I was not disappointed by it and I think it was appropriate for the price. Location is excellent, staff are co-operative👍
