Good location with reasonable price (remember it is summer/autumn 2022 prices standards). It is very close to the central bus/railway station and the sea port.

One bathroom/toilet for ~5 rooms could be insufficient (try to imagine in a season's peak).

Close to train station

Have to travel far to Opera Hotel to get a key and due to lack of street signs that is extremeldifficult may significantly up you cost needing a taxi to and from Opera Hotel. If you stay multiple days that is ok but short stay hurts the value
