Прошу звернути увагу, що житло має ЗАГАЛЬНИЙ ДУШ та ТУАЛЕТ, ЗАГАЛЬНУ КУХНЮ на 4 кімнати. Розміщення на першому поверсі, але це фактично другий поверх (три сходових марші). До моря найфраща дорога.Через паркову зону та з найменшої кількістью сходинок.
