The location

This booking was a disaster. The host was unwelcoming. Wasn’t there to welcome us as arranged and would answer our calls. We then didn’t get the exact property we booked. Beds weren’t made up. Had to collect linen and was meant to make them ourselves. There was even going to be an extra charge for this. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the place was old, badly furnished and dirty. There were no basics provided like tea towels or basic cleaning equipment. We moved out after one night of a five night booking to a resort a few KM away that was the total opposite. The place also has no air con. My fault that I didn’t spot it when booking but an absolute necessity in the heat. This property needs much more honest reviews. A holiday experience it was not!
