Lakeside Hotel room #7 in Kings Beach

This was our 3rd time staying at this facility and we've never been disappointed!!

Would of loved to be able to have at least an 11am ck out time

Location is the only value added aspect of this property

Slow bathroom sink immediately One wash cloth for two people for four days Trash cans outside door One morning spilled in front of our door probably from bear we saw in the morning No instructions for heat and wall unit unreadable Step Down right outside of door to left with no “watch your step” or identification, dangerous Dirty lake viewing windows Doesn’t look like they sweep up outside …ever O Ceded broom well used in clothes closet with plenty of left over hair Everything dated and worn Value added aspects no there for price

The location is perfect. It's a minimal and scenic drive to every place we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. No problem getting a parking spot every day. The view from our room was amazing. The bed is so comfortable!

We liked everything.

This was an amazing place to stay we loved everything about it, the view, location, felt like a studio! Loved the apple TV so we could watch out shows too!

The only thing was the location of the hot tub. If it had a view or away from parking lot.

A little trouble getting in. It’s always hard with not having on site management. But it all worked out.

the location was great, the bed was comfortable close to the beach, but thats it

it was surrounded by LOTS of bulldozers, you couldnt walk on the beach because it was fenced off with RED CONSTRUCTION FENCING, it was very expensive, i thought we were staying in a LAKESIDE ROOM, turns out you are staying in a lakeside room with a car parked right in front of your rook a alley driveway and then the fenced off beach, the driveway/alley is very loud

it was close to the lake, also had an outside terrace.

The place was a lot smaller then what the picture shows. There were homeless people right outside our window. We had to close the blinds to our view of the water to avoid seeing the homeless people.

Great location, easy check in, clean and updated. I really appreciate their dog policy
