MV83 new marina

Great host!

Fantastic penthouse apartment with private sun terrace as large as the apartment itself overlooking the New Marina. Well located away from the mad tourist rush yet only an easy 20 minute stroll from the Old Town. Several very nice restaurants, shops, bakery etc. close by and just 5 minutes walk to local beach which was not at all busy. Host Vasilis was outstandingly helpful in arranging taxis etc. and directing us to attractions, restaurants and so on - he could not have been more welcoming and kind.

Nothing to dislike if you want to be close to Rhodes Old Town but avoid the worst of tourist crowds.

Location of the flat is great, as its not in city center with all the noise, but you could walk there in 20 min. 5 minutes to the nice beach and good restaurants around where locals go. Vasilis was very helpful and nice to us. He arrange taxi transfer from and to airport. We were traveling with small baby and our flight back was in the evening, so owner kindly let us stay longer on the last day, even those check out is till noon.

we felt that air conditioner was not cooling flat to the degree we wanted, but it was still working and barrable to sleep.

Everything! Vasilis was an amazing host and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay! The location is great, a 2 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the best bakery ever (Pane di Capo). The sea view was stunning and the aircon very effective! Next time we are in Rhodes, we will definitely be coming back to MV83!

Great location, you can walk for 20 minutes to the old town or to grab a bus from the bus stop, which is around 7-8 minutes by walk. The apartment was clean, tidy, Vasilis and Mary were awesome. Next to the apartment there are great restaurants and the new marina is 2 minutes by walk.

There was a very small problem with the shower - it was slightly broken, but it is not a problem to take a shower.

Wonderful loft with amazing terrace in good position , 20 min on foot from old city. Very gentle host.

The hospitality of the host, Vasilis, needs to be taught in a seminar! Always there for us and our needs during our stay, more than happy to share must-see destinations in Rhodes Beautiful and wide rooms, very close to the New Marina and with free municipal parking, close to 24/7 open kiosk and easily accessible by car. Beautiful view from the balcony with the sun beds and relaxation place

Everything was perfect, it just the minimal design of our own room made it feel a bit too empty, but other than everything was great

The price for one night is quite low considering your get a top-floor spacious penthouse apartment with huge balcony having almost full panoramic view (including sea and old town in distance). The apartment has everything, from kitchenware, cutleries to complimentary toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. Drying rack and more can be requested free of charge. There is a portable single cooktop that is not shown in the pictures because when unused it is stored in a kitchen drawer. Bathroom and toilet function flawlessly. The apartment has an air conditioning system that works perfectly and lowers the room temperature in the entire 50m2 apartment really fast. Also, an exceptional wifi that allowed speedy traffic even for bigger media volume. Vasilis, the host was professional and really forthcoming. Spoke fluent English, managed all requests quickly and dealt with any issue just like you would like it to. Smooth and effortless checkin and checkout.

There was a lot of cupboards and some of them contained some stuff like unused electronic devices, booking.com branded travel pillow :) etc. Did not bother me at all, some people might expect all the drawers be empty and fully usable for their own stay. The balcony is an open space, so it gets really windy in there and it will flip the drying rack if taken outside. I recommend using drying rack inside the apartment to dry the clothes and it is actually enough. Maybe a drying rack installed against the wall on the balcony as a potential improvement?
