We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for our summer vacation. The location is perfect—close to the center, making it easy to explore the city while still being in a quiet and comfortable area. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back! The host was incredibly helpful, and her recommendations guided us to some of the best places in the city. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back!

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and cozy located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is only 15 mins away from the centre on foot. Car parking was easy around the streets. The kitchen and bathroom were both very well equipped. The owners were super nice and attentive and they even helped us by receiving our delayed suitcase and bringing it to the apartment by the time we were back from the excursion.

Choosing this apartment was a real hit. The accommodation is perfectly equipped—you’ll find everything you need, and even more 😊 Want to have a coffee? There’s a capsule machine, a drip coffee maker, and a French press, along with a supply of coffee for each. Forgot your charger? There’s a charger with various tips—you’ll definitely find one that fits your device. Feeling hot and thirsty? Drinks are waiting for you in the fridge, and there are ice cubes in the freezer. The examples could go on, as it’s clear that the owners have made every effort to ensure their guests’ comfort. All of this makes you feel at home. The apartment is bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. Located in a quiet area, it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the old town and 10 minutes from the bus station, making it a great base for exploring other attractions in Crete, such as Elafonisi, Falasarna, or Balos for those who don’t rent a car. And after a day of sightseeing, a very comfortable bed awaits you. Lastly, and most importantly: Theano and Nikos, the wonderful owners, have made this stay in Chania truly memorable. Thank you both for your hospitality and kindness. I’m so glad I got to meet you, and I can’t wait for my next stay with you! :)

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. There is everything you can think of (and more) to make your stay super comfortable. It really felt like we were staying home. The area is quiet with lots of parking spaces available on the nearby streets. At the same time it's only a 20 min walk to the old harbour. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. The host was super friendly and helpful.

This property was perfectly located, clean and felt like home while we were there. We were visiting briefly to visit my dad in hospital and the host of the property was very caring, offered help for our situation and was very kind. We will definitely return next time we are in Chania in better circumstances and will recommend to friends.

Excellent furniture, TV, bedding, kitchen, cleanliness, air conditioning, modern design, balcony, bath and shower - quite simply it lacks nothing.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you need to stay, even chemistry in the the bathroom and all the ingredients for cooking in the kitchen. When we arrived there were waiting for us drinks, fruits and homemade cake😍 It was close to the bus station (approx. 5 min) and to the Old Town of Chania (approx. 10 min.) and very clean. Theano and Nikos were excellent and very helpful hosts. They gave us suggestions on the places to visit and where to eat in town and were available to help us throughout the stay. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation.

This apartment made our stay in Chania feel like home. Nikos and Theano have thought of everything one might need on their travels (plus welcoming raki, sweets, and fruit), and it was such a comfortable and clean place to come back to every day. The amenities are excellent - washer/dryer (we used it several times and it worked very well), full open kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee maker, panini press, and literally anything else you could need. Comfortable bed, extra blankets, robes, hairdryer, and even a hair straightener! The apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood (which feels very safe) just a 15-20 min walk into Old Town, and there are plenty of places for coffee, etc. within a few minutes walk. There is even an open local market on Wednesdays just outside the apartment! Nikos and Theano were quick to respond to any questions we had, and were beyond helpful with various suggestions and ideas for us. I wish we could have met them personally because they seem like such lovely people! We hope to return to Chania again and would stay at Nikos and Theano's place in a heartbeat!

The apartment is located in a residential area as close as 10-15 min max walking distance to downtown, old town and bus station. The apartment is situated in a new, modern and clean building with elevator and with quiet neighbors. 😁 The apartment has everything you might need to spend your vacation, with 2 balconies, one through the bedroom where you can leave clothes out to dry, pretty spacious and a bigger one with access from the living room, where you can also eat at the table or lazy around on the sun loungers. The apartment is well lit during the day, with many windows and very well ventilated. We didn't need AC, stayed here in mid September and had 26-30 degrees by day and 15-20 degrees at night, but you have 2 of them- in the bedroom & in the living room if necessary. The internet speed was a very nice surprise and you can cast on TV any streaming app you wish. Theano and Nikos are the loveliest and most helpful guests you might wish for. I honestly recommend booking this apartments for having the comfiest stay.
