Rooms were clean, and the design was cute..

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the very beginning, after ringing the doorbell, the lady who answered only spoke Italian and couldn’t communicate in any other language. She didn’t even seem to know that I had a reservation, so we had to wait in the hallway for about 10 minutes while she called a colleague. Eventually, she gave us a room, but contrary to the description, the bathroom and toilet were outside the room. The noise was another big issue. We could clearly hear street noise, as well as noise from neighbors next door and upstairs. The floor in the room was very cold.. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, the same lady came and tried to tell us something in Italian. Then she called someone and handed me the phone so another person could explain that we had to change our room. After receiving the key to the new room, we went out. When we came back at night, the key didn’t work. We had to ring the bell several times before she finally came and opened the door. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all. It was not worth the money I paid..

Nemohu posoudit , protože jsem ubytování zrušila kvůli velmi neprofesionálnímu chování paní recepční nikdy jsem se nesetkala s tak nepříjemným člověkem , bohužel je to také zkušenost .

Je suis un habitué et j'ai l'impression d'être reçu chez des amis. A 5 minutes le restaurant la CUCINA est une merveille.
