Arena Residence

Everything was fantastic, even exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to give my compliments to the owner of the apartment, very friendly, helpful and considerate when asking to check in earlier.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I would like to start by saying that I would have given a 8 to the property if there weren't any heat issues & pointless discussions with the desk-assistant, please see below. I liked : the apartment, the small treats (coffee, tea, sugar), the roominess, the home sleepers.

The heat system was closed with no possibility to adjust the temperature in the apartment by our-self. In the first night with maximum 22 degrees in the apartment and 12 degrees outside I've searched for a blanket but there was none. I had a discussion with the desk-assistant the second day and the feedback were that "the worldwide studies recommend a temperature of 19 to 21.5 degrees in the room" & the owner of the property has decided to close the heating system till the winter will come back. For the next night we have received a blanket and the heating system was started to 22.5 degrees. The third night, after Booking contact them they have closed back the heat and let us again to see 22 degrees in the apartment. Also, if you have a problem in the evening, nobody will answer you till the next day. There is no front-desk at all, they are answering by phone only. I also didn't like : the soap from the bathroom was just one for washing the hands, the face & the body. We received just 2 smalls shampoos (one time use) for 3 nights staying.

Very clean and comfortable new apartment. Convenient for Cluj Arena and BT Arena.

Could do with a bedside lamp & sweeping brush.
