Did not have breakfast as was not included in rate.

Biggest problem was the continuous noise of the water pump outside the room window, all night, coming on and off every 10 secs. The other issue was that when I tried to slide the bathroom door open it came off the hinges and almost fell on my head!

Comfortable and friendly staff

Location was far from the convention so that was bad for me. We were closer to the shops eg.Spar

It was not easy to open the shower door because the bathroom was small. In the other 2 rooms which were used by other members of my household they have to use the common bathroom there was no ensuit

1. Is in a nice neighbourhood close to shops. 2. Thete is a kitchen that you can use.

1. Water took long to get hot. 2. Had to wait at the gate. Seems the intercom doesn't work. 3. The washing machine was making a noise through the night.

The homey use of a kitchen, lounge and dining table.

We stayed in the family room and I almost thought there was no hot water but after 15min of trying it worked. Also I couldn't fit the kettle under the bathroom tap to fill it so used a cup. Other than that since I managed to shower, I will stay here again.
