Car parking problems

Small cozy restaurants and beaches next to the residence. And yet only a short walk to Portonovio. Also supermarket across the street.

The room was really great, very clean. Ms Branka was amazing and very hepful.

On the plus side - the staff was very helpful. Two small and working sun umbrellas were brought and new deck chairs were covered.

In fact, Riva Residence does not look as good as in the pictures, which is a pity - because the apartment has potential. ...to the point: I was given an Apartment not prepared from previous guests. There were no pieces of equipment visible in the advertising photos, i.e. - no large umbrellas on the terrace - instead there is one, advertising Nestle without the possibility of mounting in the base. - no table in the living room. - no tables on the terraces next to the bedrooms. - kitchen equipment - minimum condition, no cups, bowls for lettuce, fruit, etc. Cleanliness is the biggest problem. As I wrote earlier - the apartment was not cleaned. Starting with a dirty table, cabinet and countertop, countertops and drawers in kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, through dirty walls and curtains, stained seats on patio furniture, and ending with - and here the "icing on the cake" - excrement on the outer surface of the toilet bowl! Damage - locks on the doors to 2 bedrooms - torn mattresses on the sun loungers on the terrace, - lamp in the living room, Parking. The parking lot visible in the advertising photos is the one I ordered. I was offered a place on a tight, busy street for 7 Euro per night. All comments were presented to the apartment manager during the reception.
