La Villa Côtière

Good location. 5min walking to beach and smaller shops. 15min walking to many restaurants, 20min walking to supermarket. Villa was clean. Everything equipped for comfortable for stay. 2 bathrooms upstairs. The most surprising was that all soaps, cleaning materials, baby chair, beach carpet, sunbeds, wc papers, some water and soft drinks and even some food (cheese, fresh bred) and fruits were putted for the first breakfasts. This we faced for the 1st time in our traveling experience. We boughy only oil for cooking, everything else was already available. That was very nice! 😊

Little bit old villa but this is visible from photos. No AC on the ground floor. Territory could be cleaned from old leaves. Would recommend to clean pool just before guests arrival (especially sand that cannot be cleaned by guests), but this was solved immediately. Poor sound isolation between rooms due to specificity of doors. Nothing else to mention.

Location is good.

Care taker is not sensitive about the guest's problem. 1. Third day for 24 hrs there was no water in the premise. After passing the message, although the care taker responded but the problem could not solved till next day morning. I passed the message to property owner who was at Singapore at that time. That gentleman reduced one day rent by 25% from his side. But my expectation was 75% to reduce as we suffered a lot for the 24 hrs. 2. There is no provision for drinking water. Guests while reaching in apartment should go outside to buy drinking water. 3. Check out time the care taker was asking money for cleaning the utensils while there was no water for the last 24 hrs. 4. After check out, care taker called me and was blaming that there was a rotten banana in the drawer which was not thrown to dust bin. About this , I informed that I have not purchased any banana.

Great location, great pool, place to park the car, the house has everything you need, situated right by the local beach and restaurants. The owner let us come at 10am 🙏🏻 Vania gave us great tips what to do and where to go. It was amazing! ❤️

The house could be a bit cleaner, but we came very early so we can’t complain. Other than that everything was amazing

This is a very comfortable villa! There is everything! 5 minutes to the ocean! Shops and souvenir shops are nearby! Very well received! Everyone is friendly, helpful and ready to help with anything! Thank you for a wonderful time in your home!

Our family loved the location, the warm welcome, the responsive service, the space - and above all: the pool:) very good price quality ratio, and even better in real life than on the pictures.

Nice villa, 3 double bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, a lot of storage space, washer/drier, enough space for 5-6 people. Well equipped kitchen, good terraces on both floors. 2 dinning tables outside. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Small market nearby. 5 minutes drive to supermarket.

It's not the property fault but there the neighbors across the street like to listen loud music till 1-2 AM, it may be difficult to sleep. Also mosquitos may be annoying in the area. However the property windows are equipped with nets so inside is ok.
