THE COSMOPOLITAN COTTON TREE UNIT 20806 COASTAL ESCAPE

Check in & out was seamless and welcoming. Extremely well located. Only steps to my conference held at the RSL. The same for the esplanade. Only 15min walk to surf club. Extremely clean. Secure.

Only 2 coffee pods provided for a 2 bed apartment for 4 nights. Basic condiments would have been a bonus. Glasses stored well above head height, especially for those of us who are short! A step stool would help! Parking was incredibly tight, so much so that I didn’t use my car while I was there.

Loved the location, easy walk to beach, river, cafes and shops. Nice apartments well maintained. Carpark under building was not right for our car. Myra gave us a pass to park in visitors carpark. Had the pool and spa to ourselves everytime. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Had a building blocking most of our view. Didn't read about that in the reviews. I booked the unit quick when my other holiday was cancelled last minute. So maybe I missed that bit. We arrived early and could check in early but our room wasnt ready. So we just dropped of bags and went shopping. Came back and room was lovely and clean. No big deal really. Would stay again but maybe in a different room to enjoy the view more.
