THIS PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY A FREINDLY OLD COUPLE. JUST NEEDS A BIT OF MAINTAINENCE AND REGULAR UPKEEP. AT THE PRICE THEY ARE OFFERING ITS A VERY GOOD DEAL BUT BASIC HYGEINE CAN BE IMPROVED.

i dont like kitchen they should provide more items in kitchen.Room is small.
