WAVE 3 Promenada Apartments

Very nicely situated and the communication with the host was very good. Also wheelchair accessible as the property has elevator.

The room, the view, the facilities, communication with host, cleanness, the coffee, the vine.

I liked everything..

Great appartment location, on the promenade, near the nicest beaches. Filled up coffe machine. Very good coffee. Big storage spaces, enough for two people to hide everything from view. That's very nice. Appartment is big enough. It has everything one needs. Air conditioning works nicely. Big bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice view. We needed first floor positioning and this appartment has it.

The balcony is shared with another apartment. Parking barrier has a badly placed code input instead of remote. The drapes are not blackout and, with the common balcony and first floor... there may be a privacy issue. Only one blanket for the double bed. Not the best shower/pressure. A cross road pipe that is not burried made great noise each time a car passed.
