. Die Aussicht war super. Verbindung zu Geschäfte und Tram war super.

Es war Unsauber ich habe das Sofa, den Boden in allen Räumen erstmal gesaugt. Im Schrank in der Küche waren Kartoffeln an schimmeln , im Wohnzimmer im Schrank lag angebissene Schokolade. Kessel mussten wir vor Gebrauch erst spülen. Pfanne unbenutzbar unsere Meinung. Mikrowelle musste ich auswaschen, vergammeltes Fleisch kamm dann zum Vorschein

Wonderful location with proximity to nice area in Middelkerke. Close to trams that run regularly. Excellent heating in all rooms of the apartment. Nice neighbors who were friendly. Cheap accommodation in good area.

Unfriendly host agency (Agence Muyle) who called me up and answered angrily when I had questions about the apartment, when certain equipment was missing and others were broken. When I emailed them to tell them about the errors, so that they would know, I got a reply from their maneger saying I should never contact them again. The staff who handed the keys over to me was very nice. WiFi name and code was not included. Had to look it up ourselves behind shelfs. had to repair the refrigerator ourselves, but should be working good now. The apartment not heated when we arrive in the evening. 15°C indoors on the thermometer on the wall. Got warm during the night. NO toilet paper included, unless the previous guests left some. Ours did not... NO wooden floors anywhere in the apartment, despite the info on this homepage. EDIT: I finally got my deposit of 250 € back (35 days later), no one was answering my request for the money and finally the staff of Booking.com payed me instead. Also, since I made this review above there has been several attempts by someone to log into my account at Booking.com on days when I did not visit the website.

close to tram stop, nice view, very good kitchen and bathroom

issues with tv (manager did offer to come have a look at it), bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied, bedding needs updating (no proper fitted sheet and the duvet cover was pilling), a clean tea towel to dry dishes was not provided
