Naxos Ellis Apartments

La struttura è grande, arredata con uno stile moderno e piacevole. Si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal porto e a 10 minuti dal centro città di Naxos, quindi è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi

L'host ci ha offerto un trasferimento dal porto alla struttura, ma 25€ per 1,3 km d'auto è un costo oggettivamente eccessivo. L’appartamento è carino, ma essendo fronte strada non è possibile tenere le tende aperte per avere luce naturale, perché dall’esterno si vede direttamente all’interno. Inoltre, la descrizione non è del tutto accurata: viene indicato “Featuring a terrace with an inner courtyard view”, ma almeno nel nostro appartamento non era così. C’era solo un piccolo spazio fronte strada con un tavolino e due sedie, troppo ridotto per essere considerato una vera terrazza.

The apartment is a little dollhouse! The owners have made the most of the 35 square meters. Modern designs, amazing color combinations, and so many convenient features. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! It was spotless!

Alles,..het was een fijn en net appartement

Dat het lastig te vinden was.

Aan álles was gedacht, zelfs een wasmachine. Maria was supergoed bereikbaar en heeft ons met vanalles geholpen.

Een zwembad was tof geweest. 😉

The apartment was very nice, furnished well and with all the comforts you need for your holiday home. It’s well-serviced in terms of shops and transport to the seaside and walking distance to the city centre. Our landladies was very welcoming and they helped us with all our needs.

Eirini kindly messaged us to arrange to pick us up from the ferry port herself. She took us to the apartment, where she shared a map with her recommendations and advice on local transport options. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The apartment was perfectly located next to two bus stops, and we were able to take buses directly to all the places we wanted to visit. There were lots of cute cafés and restaurants within walking distance that were close enough for my mum, who has difficulty walking. Eirini was also very easy to contact and responded quickly to our queries. She provided us with beach towels and spare bedding as I ended up sleeping on the incredibly comfortable sofa. She also helped us organise a taxi, which we were very grateful for. Upon our departure, she also very generously gave us a lift to the ferry port.

The bathroom floor got very wet very quickly, but we found a mop and managed to mop it after each shower. It would have been helpful to have been warned in advance and to have had a bucket to drain the mop, as it didn't dry very quickly despite being left outside.
