Oudere ondernemers die met hart en ziel hun zaak beheren. Avondeten boven verwachting.

De ochtend had de waard zich verslapen, terwijl we eigenlijk op tijd weg moesten en dit ook vermeld hadden.

Rien à part qu’il faisait très chaud.mais nous avions prévu un ventilateur pour la nuit

Chambre très grande, agréable et au calme. Salle de bains et douche spacieuse. Parking facile. Hôte charmant, aux petits soins. Les repas, que ce soit le dîner ou le petit déjeuner sont excellents, avec des produits faits maison (foie gras, dessert, confitures). Un rapport qualité/prix excellent.

A small, old-fashioned hotel in rural France that impressed hugely.for various reasons. First the welcoming and friendly host. Then the magnificent dinner, quite beautifully flavoured and cooked, and far superior to anything I have experienced in any other hotel. The quiet country road on which the hotel sits is good for an after-dinner stroll, and there is ample parking space alongside the hotel. The double room was well furnished, with easy chairs provided rather then the one stark desk-type chair found in many rooms of the large hotel chains. Small hotels such as this, individual and full of character, are ever harder to find. How regrettable.
