Cozy Historic 2BR House 10 Min to French Quarter

The house was very cute, very cozy and spacious. We fell in love with the drop down right outside of the living. Felt like a little reading nuck. The kitchen was nice but to echo words of others there could have been simple things like coffee, creamer, tea, water, honey. Just fyi you can purchase these at the dollar store just to give your guest an enhanced experience. You can as they say ball on a budget.The bathroom was simple but nice. The burgundy towels gave it a pop. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the house. The beds were firm and low. It took some adjustment the first night but it was good. The decor was modern and nice through the home. I just wish the exposed nails in the bedroom would have been covered and the bedroom closet door all closed properly.

I say this to hopefully help enhance the charm of this Airbnb and not deter people, because the house it's self is beautiful...it's just the neighborhood. Maybe consider a gate at the back of the house area. Someone where to park that feels safe to sleep and leave your car. The neighbor said his truck was broken into the moment we got out, so it didn't make us feel safe. Matter of fact first day I slept in my car. Also if you could install maybe a motion light on the side or light in the back yard for safety precautions. The front door is beautiful but maybe you can restore it and put a better locking system on it. The back door should be replaced for security purpose. As two women there was an uneasy at times due to a lot of roaming the last two nights by guys in the neighborhood. But lucky saving grace is the house is around the corner from a police sub station. Simply you have a beautiful facility just please don't spoil it by lack of security. We want to visit again and hope. If we stayed here I'd offer to fix it for free because you such a beautiful place ( Try Habit for Humanity to get doors, locks, flood lights, and sometimes they have other wonderful things). Wishing you continued success

It was in close proximity to the downtown area. The back porch light was out and could use a toaster and a few more towels but the home is so comfortable and the beds were comfy. Decorated in true NOLA style. Very responsive too. Very clean and would stay again. Plus they allowed our Yorkies. Great people to work with.

The location because it was close to Canal Street, for the parade.

No problems but the hot water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for my liking but my other family members didn’t mind.

The inside of the house was nice, spacious and as displayed in photos.

1. Looked like someone tried breaking in through front door (splintered wood) and neighbourhood didn’t feel safe. 2. No free to air tv 3. Shower never got hot

Conveniently located. Comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again.

Has a few things that could be better.

Traditional style bungalow, close to bus and trolley lines for getting to and from town centre. Local supermarket 15 minutes walk, necessary for most basics. Various take-aways closer Ample table/cookware Off street private parking

One room with very comfy double bed, other two singles, less so Only one bathroom, no separate toilet
