Clean, spacious, well equipped, the balcony’s, the view from the main bedroom and the use of the bikes.

4th floor apartment and whilst we didn’t mind the stairs, carrying the suitcase is not for the faint hearted.

Spacious, modern and very well equipped unit. Located walking distance from the historic centre. We only stayed over for 1 night but it was perfect!

4th floor without a lift, but we were informed of this in advance, and the view from the balcony compensated for the climb!

Clean, quiet neighborhood, contact with the owner fast and without problems. Kitchen well equipped. View of the mountains. Walking 10 minutes from the main square of the city. I recommend!

4th floor with no elevator 😓

Clean modern apartment on 4th floor of building only a short walk to the centre of Riva del Garda and lake shore. Fantastic mountain views from both balconies. Easy access to all attractions. The apartment has all the facilities required for a comfortable holiday. Giulia was in contact frequently both before and during our stay.

Some guests may find the walk up 4 flights of stairs challenging, but it helps burn off all the prosciutto and gelato. The laneway entrance to the gate of the property is not particularly obvious.

All is absolutely fine.very helpful staff.very clean ,quite and calm.tea,coffee sugar,,cold water in the fridge it was very kind. Amazing view on mountains.private parking.good location.free 2 bicycles.
