Experiencia muy negativa. Este hotel está muy lejos de reflejar la hospitalidad panameña que sí hemos encontrado en otros alojamientos del país. Desde el primer momento el trato fue poco profesional: no nos permitieron dejar las maletas ni siquiera unas horas, algo que sí hicieron sin problema otros hoteles cercanos, mostrando muy poca flexibilidad y atención al cliente. Al entrar en la habitación encontramos tapones para los oídos en la mesita de noche, lo que ya anticipaba un problema evidente: el ruido nocturno es constante y muy molesto. El descanso resulta muy difícil en estas condiciones. Otro aspecto que nos generó mucha preocupación fue que, tras realizar la reserva, empezamos a recibir mensajes de terceras personas que decían estar relacionadas con la estancia, algo que nos hizo sentir inseguros respecto a la gestión de nuestra información. Además, la ubicación nos resultó incómoda por la sensación de inseguridad en el entorno, especialmente durante la noche, lo que hizo que no nos sintiéramos tranquilos entrando o saliendo del alojamiento. En resumen, una experiencia negativa que no repetiríamos ni recomendaríamos.

O espaço dos quartos e a qualidade dos moveis com estrutura renovada.

A recepção é pouco iluminada e pouco convidativa. A localização fica em uma quadra mal cuidada, porém muito perto da região turística de Casco Viejo.

The apartment was nice.

The location was right on the edge of the good and bad of Casa Veigo. The 2nd night we were there a young man shot 17-19 bullets from his gun right across the street. We were told the next day that they deal drugs out of the two buildgs there. Police were everywhere after that.

The staff was friendly and the apartment amazing

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need. Lovely big kitchen and loved the rooftop pool. Good communication from the owner who was always available and made instructions easy.

Was not to crazy about the fact that the apartment was 3 blocks away from an area we felt safe outside the apartment building. Our idea was to explore the old quarter after dark and not to get a taxi and unfortunately felt unsafe to do so. We ended up making sure we were at the apartment before dark. Just to be clear, this is not to say it is unsafe, it was just our experience and preference. We were also not too a fan about the view from the apartment window.

Alles war Tip top, die Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern erscheint und war wirklich sehr schön/. Standarddinge, wie Salz,Pfeffer Öl und Wäsche Tabs war alles vor Ort. Es gibt einen Waschtrockner, dass war sehr gut. Der Service war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Die Lage liegt direkt an der Grenze zum schönen Viertel Casco Viejo , aber direkt vor der Haustüre herrscht Armut und man fühlt sich nicht zu 100 Prozent sicher. Es ist nicht weit zu kaufen vielleicht 100 Meter und man fühlt sich super sicher, aber als Frau ist man generell etwas ängstlicher
