w Captivating 1BR in Casco Viejo

The door latches to the front door were loose and some missing. I put in 3 requests all of which were ignored. The man at the front desk tried to help, and another was rude; he said that’s not my problem

The management is awful, they either don’t respond to legitimate requests, or do and no action is taken

Me gustó el apto. Muy bonito todo, muy limpio y cómodo. Bastante acogedor y con muchas facilidades

Todo bien. Solo no funcionaba el agua caliente. Está frente a una casona vieja pero a la siguiente cuadra ya todo bien.

The apartments are very clean and modern. The contact with the host / booking worked very well, they respond quickly. The location is good enough, it's still in the 'safe' part of Panama-City. The location was a bit hard to find.

It was in a bad area, we heard Gun shots every night. The air conditioner went out and the apartment flooded, it took two days for the host to send someone out to repair it…..

It's a good infrastructure and good size apartaments. Well located.

Wifi wasn't working. Its a good location but really next to some old and "weird" buildings.

It was great to relax there for a few days...it was very comfortable.

The building itself and the apartment are modern and lovely.

Location of property is on the edge of the Casco Viejo neighborhood that has been revitalized. It’s only two blocks from some of the best restaurants in the area. But those blocks traverse thru buildings still occupied by squatters. There are officers 24/7 that stand outside the building. In a few years I expect revitalization will have reached out to include and surround this apartment. Women should not walk by themselves at night to go entertainment district. Also there is a nice restaurant and club located immediately below the apartment. Music plays until midnight. It didn’t really bother us but others may take issue with it.
