The hotel is great. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is very polite and attentive. Breakfast is great. The surroundings are also very well maintained. We would definitely come again, maybe during summer.

"All about location! Friendly atmosphere!"

Amazing location. All the members of staff were very friendly. Very accommodating.

I wouldn’t recommend their massage therapist. He didn’t know basic etiquette about how to treat a customer. Also massage techniques were absolutely strange.

"Rila family trip"

The location is fantastic! The nature around the hotel is simply amazing. The apartment was spacious and wide enough for a family of 4. The food in the restaurant was nice. It is located 15 minutes away from the Seven Rila Lakes Lift station. Great experience!

The bathroom was not the best. No elevator.

The view is amazing, great place for dinner. Location is isolated.

Smell of cigarettes all over the hotel, the water in the toilet does not flushed and the water in the shower does not drain. Parking is on the area wherever you can find a spot.
