"Avoid Phoenix 3"

Not much

Phoenix 3 is in serious need of refurbishment. The house is in poor condition. WiFi wasn't working, and Dstv bad. Strong sewerage smell when using the bath. Compared to other units we have stayed in, this was very poor

Is a nice place, nice location, has a garage too and a carport. Is safe, secure. Bath is a nice touch.

Beautiful Apartment! Overall cleanliness was average. Lots of dust and sand. Had to sweep when we got there. Don't think they vacuum/sweep under bed as when we got into bed at night I sneezed constantly. No amenities like coffee, sugar, tea etc.... Cleaning around the kitchen sink needs attention. The basket in the sink is mouldy as well as by taps. Otherwise the unit is beautiful as shown in Pictures... The table in the kitchen is too big though. Makes it awkward to move around. Could do with some lovely comfy chairs on the balcony too....

There were no mirror to blow my hair or done my make up The dubble bed was made of 2 single beds Kitchen table was to big No warm water in kitchen Cleaners only came once to clean linen Garage door could not open Alarm did not work
