Если вам хочется ощутить аутентичность проживания в старом Тбилиси, то вам стоит арендовать именно эти апартаменты, из которых открывается прекрасный вид. Внутри есть всё необходимое для удобного проживания. Единственный недостаток - это не очень удобный подъем по лестницам (особенно, по последней, ведущей уже на мансарду) с чемоданом! Здесь необходимо правильно оценить свои силы и количество вещей!)

La relación calidad precio es excepcional. La ubicación es ideal para lo que nositris queríamos. El apartamento está bien, ya reservamos sabiendo como era. Es coqueto y cuenta con todo lo necesario, sobre todo aure acondicionado ya que al ser última planta hace mucha calor. Estuvimos 3 días muy bien todo. Check in y chack out rápido, instrucciones claras y precisas para entrar.

Las escaleras para llegar al apartamento dan muy mala impresión e imagen. No es culpa de la propietaria, ya que debe haber algún vecino o vecinos muy descuidados. Aparcamiento de pago.

The position is good, few steps away from Avalabari and Metekhi Church. The host was responsive and kind, she waited for our check in until around 21. The apartment is at top floor of an historical house, the shower is big, with good pressure and heat.

Cleanliness can be improved, we found some dirt and hair around. We were three people, the third bed was not prepared when we arrived, we had to make it ourselves out of the sofa, and it was not very comfortable. The the yard at the entrance and the path/ common area to reach our entrance was neglected.

Zhana is fantastic. Very kind person.

I give 9 on 10 just because we have had problems with water but it was not guilt of the host.

Fully equipped lovely apartment in the attic of an old building, overlooking Queen Darejan's palace, the location is really 10/10. Zhanna, the host, is a very nice and helpful person, always in touch.

I'd say it's a right place for those who are seeking for an ambiance of an old historical building. So get ready to deal with some inconveniences - old steep stairs, thin walls and a shabby look of the building inside.

The apartment's is great, close to the tourist spots, sulfur bath, local bakeries, metro, bus stop, etc. The host Lhanna is very kind and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped, there is washing machine, hair dryer, microwave and kettle. The WiFi works perfectly. You can see the mother of Georgia, a bit of the city and cable cars from the window. We really love its location. Since the apartment is actually attic and the building is wooden and old, it is not in its best condition. The apartment is not well insulated during winter but the aircon helps and also it is not well insulated from the noise coming from outside. Most of the time the bathroom smells faulty perhaps due to the old pipes. We needed to cover the bathroom holes and sink holes with towels for the smell to not linger around the apartment. Tight stairs going up to the entrance door. There is a cute cat around the area. But other than that, great stay. Thank you.
