Hotel Maria

The care and atention given to me by the staff was exceptional. They treated me like I was family and helped me above and beyond what their position required. The overall atmosphere was homey and friendly and the other guests I met were friendly and kind. The in-room fridge was very handy!

The room was very small and the mattresses were less than comfortable. There was no desk or work table for my laptop so I had to improvise. The place was difficult for taxi drivers to find because it is hidden behind a corrugated metal fence.

Нас приняла замечательная, отзывчивая и душевная семья. Всегда предлагалась помощь по всем вопросам. Всё необходимое в шаговой доступности: магазины, кафе, рестораны, метро, автостанция, остановки. Мы были на машине, парковка есть всегда без проблем. Оооо, достопримечательности многое совсем рядом, пешком пройтись. Старый район города и современный, фуникулёр, воздушный шар, речные трамвайчики и много другое.

L’hôtel est comme une oasis dans un quartier (il faut être averti) un peu délabré. Mais une fois dans la cour, c’est très agréable et très calme, j’ai beaucoup apprécié cette sérénité dans cette ville qui peut être assez bruyante avec la circulation. J’ai aimé la distance avec le vieux Tilissi, 10min à pieds et vous serez en plein centre. L’accueil y est sympathique, la gérante est aux petits soins et toujours disponible. Il y a une cuisine commune très pratique avec tout ce qu’il faut. Il y a un petit vendeur alimentaire d’appoint (vraiment minuscule) juste en face où vous pourrez acheter de l’eau ou un en-cas avant de partir en ville. J’ai passé un bon séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct.

La situation géographique, même s’il l’hôtel est très proche du centre, il se situe dans un quartier vraiment très délabré. Il faut bien être averti de cela car c’est surprenant. Cependant, cela ne m’a pas gâché mon séjours.

Location was convenient, own fridge, kettle, bathroom and nice shared outside space. Shared kitchen with all amenities and free laundry.

Very good, minor comment that can be upgraded: the shower curtain doesn’t prevent the bathroom floor getting very wet.

Very nice yard with lots of plants and decoration. It's a restful place to hang out. Room and bathroom were very clean. The host speaks very good English and is always happy to help. The kitchen is well equipped and free to use. It's very close the the metro station and peace bridge and it is located in a very quiet area.

The mattress was not very comfortable.
