"Très central dans dans un quartier calme"

La localisation très centrale. Le parking souterrain. Les magnifiques randonnées au nord et au Sud. Et aussi le déjeuner sur la terrasse ensoleillée à deux en novembre…

L’équipement est un peu vétuste (mais complet et fonctionnel). Le parking souterrain est pour ceux qui ont l’habitude des petits parkings d’immeubles encombrés de piliers : il faut manœuvrer ! Un véhicule de type 2008 était l’extrême limite supérieure de taille… Préférer Panda / Twingo / C1 si possible ! Le siphon de douche se vide assez facilement avec les odeurs associées : penser alors à le remplir. Nous aurions apprécié un tapis de douche, une planche à découper et un plateau.
