Herşeyi çok güzeldi çok temizdi sabah uçağımız çok erken saatte olduğu için çok erken geldik ve odamızı hemen temizleyip erkenden dinlenmemiz içşn olabak sağladılar çok ilgililer di konumu da aslında merkeze çok yakın maksimum 20 dakka yürüyüş mesafesinde sadece mykonos biraz bayır yorabiliyor ama mykknos zayen bu yönüyle ünlü nerde kalırsanız kalın zorlu yollar hep var ki çoğu hotele göre yolu gayet güzeldi

o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava funcionando e o calor era insuportável. A proprietária ja sabia e não disse nada. Percebemos a noite que o ar não funcionava . Nossa estadia era de 3 noites . Na manha em que estávamos fazendo o check out , os responsáveis pela instalação de um ac novo estavam na porta. do quarto. Passamos mal de calor nas 3 noites e a proprietaria sequer veio falar conosco ou nos propor alguma alternativa . No penultimo dia , fui falar com Cristine e ela sugeriu outro quarto em outro hotel ou desconto nas diárias. Muito decepcionada com a falta de AC e com a atitude da dona da pousada.

Charming, gorgeous, romantic, well-decorated Bed & Breakfast (without breakfast). Superlative, outstanding staff. Mr. Dmitrios, the resident jack-of-all-trades, apart from being a highly cultured, entertaining person, philosopher, and articulate story-teller, goes waaaaay beyond normal in every aspect to make your stay superb. Chrisitine, the Ops Manager, has her hands absolutely loaded in providing a superb stay, all the while managing very limited resources. The duo, Christine/Dmitrios, make a difference in the quality of stay of guests, transforming the charming decoration and setting into an actual, pleasent stay. Property owners should give more latitude to these two, highly dedicated staffers, as well as provide more resources to them. They will wisely take Casa Anna to the next level.

Room #5 had sewage issues, as it is located within a charming courtyard, which also holds the septic tank. Avoid this room. Call Christine and make sure she puts you in a room where all infrastructure, especailly air-conditioning, function. Property does not serve breakfast, even as an option. Property owners should let Christine exercise her marketing/operations skills to develop such a service that would qualify Casa Anna as a true Bed & Breakfst. The charm and dedicated staff, it already has. Property has water pressure issues realted to public water supply. It really should have a water cistern of its own. Located on the top of a hillside, the 700m distance to Mykonos Town can be straining at night, after drinks. Taxis are rare and expensive. Some sort of "city-to-hotel transfer" agreement would be convenient (even with a nominal surcharge). There are no eateries or mini-marts in the surroundings, and Casa Anna does not have an in-house mini-mart or vending machines. Plan ahead to avoid a hungry/thirsty wake-up.

Tout était parfait ! L'emplacement, le personnel, les services, la propreté. Le séjour était exceptionnel !

The staff was great.. They were very helpful for any topic. The location of the hotel was great. It was very easy to reach old port by walk in 8-10 minutes

I wish the pool weas bigger. but not a big problem.
